Information submitted
The inquiry form collects the name, business name, email address, optional phone number, project type, optional budget and timeframe, and the project description that a visitor chooses to provide.
Why it is collected
The information is used to review the inquiry, respond to the sender, discuss possible services, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain necessary business records.
Email delivery
When configured, the website sends the inquiry to SideQuest Digital and sends a confirmation to the visitor through the configured transactional email provider. Email delivery requires transmitting the submitted contact information and message to that provider.
Server logs and security
Basic technical logs may record limited request information such as timestamps, status codes, and IP-derived abuse-prevention data. Full inquiry messages are not intentionally written to application logs.
Retention
Inquiry records and related emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A final retention schedule should be confirmed before launch.
Analytics and cookies
This release does not enable advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or nonessential cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
